I'm Suzette Ávila, Nutritionist and Diabetes Educator, specialized in supporting people with type 1 and type 2 diabetes, prediabetes, insulin resistance, PCOS, and hypothyroidism. Beyond my professional training, I live with type 1 diabetes, which allows me to understand glucose not only from science but from daily experience.
